DEBUG build for debugging crashes.

Only install this version if the TortoiseCVS team have asked you to do so.

To save the debug logs generated by this version, open the Preferences dialog and select the
Debug tab. Then, select Enable debug logs for either Main program or Shell extension
(only select the latter option if the problem is related to the context menus, the overlay icons,
or the Explorer columns). Finally, under Debug logs choose Save debug logs or Save
debug logs, no file caching
- the latter is useful if TortoiseCVS crashes, but also makes
TortoiseCVS very slow.

The DebugView utility is useful for viewing the debug output in real-time.
